Karma
Although he had begun the preparation of his last album six months after releasing "Ölürüm Sana", he didn't continued the production of Karma until mid-2000. He worked hard in the recording studios in cities like New York and Nice, France. A lot of musicians from countries such as Turkey, Egypt, India, and the United States contributed to this album.
This album was released in Turkey on August 3, 2001. A huge promotional campaign has been made to promote this album. Nowadays Tarkan's music is being played everywhere, and his image is in posters and even Pepsi bottles. There is even a building in Istanbul whose facade is a huge photo of Tarkan.

This is Tarkan's most recent album, and the first one in 4 years that has all new songs. The creation of this album took a long time because Tarkan first dedicated himself to release his album "Tarkan" (1999) in the european and latin markets, which required a promotional campaign and performances in different countries.
